Tablet
Arconyx MR Tablet is a combination medication used to alleviate pain caused by muscle spasms. It enhances muscle movement and provides relief from associated pain and discomfort. The tablet contains Etoricoxib, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers causing pain and inflammation, and Thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant that acts on the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms. While effective, it may cause dizziness and fatigue, and should be used with caution, especially in individuals with a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advised during the initial weeks of treatment.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Arconyx MR Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Yes, some patients experience dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) while using Arconyx MR Tablet. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is recommended to rest and resume once feeling better.
Patients with known allergy to NSAIDs (painkillers) or any components or excipients of this medicine should avoid using Arconyx MR Tablet. Yes, Arconyx MR Tablet can be taken in conjunction with Vitamin B-complex preparations. While Arconyx MR Tablet helps to relieve pain, Vitamin B-complex can contribute to correcting any vitamin deficiencies that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Long-term use of Arconyx MR Tablet can potentially lead to kidney damage. The body produces prostaglandins, which protect the kidneys from damage; however, painkillers reduce prostaglandin levels, potentially causing long-term kidney damage. It is not recommended for patients with pre-existing kidney disease.
Higher doses of Arconyx MR Tablet do not enhance its effectiveness, but can lead to an increase in side effects. If symptoms are becoming severe, consult your doctor for re-evaluation.
