Introduction

Aqubenz Mouth Wash is a topical formulation used to relieve painful inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat, such as ulcers or post-dental surgeries. It contains benzydamine hydrochloride, a locally-acting nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with local anaesthetic and analgesic properties.

Rinse or gargle with 15 ml (approximately 1 tablespoonful) every 1½ to 3 hours as required for pain relief. The solution should be expelled from the mouth after use.

Benzydamine hydrochloride, a locally-acting nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides local anaesthetic and analgesic properties, while Etanol reduces oral colonisation with harmful bacteria and may help manage oral mucositis.
