Aquacure 0.5% Eye Drop is an eye lubricant or artificial tears used to relieve dry eyes by maintaining proper lubrication of the eyes.
Eye Drop
Aquacure 0.5% Eye Drop is usually taken when needed. Use the number of drops as advised by your doctor. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering any other medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Do not use a bottle if the seal is broken before you open it. Always wash your hands and do not touch the end of the dropper. This could infect your eye. This medicine may require long-term use and can be taken safely for as long as you need it.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.

Aquacure 0.5% Eye Drop is a lubricant. It works similar to natural tears and provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye.
Your doctor has prescribed Aquacure 0.5% Eye Drop to treat dry eye disease. It stabilizes the natural tear film and maintains necessary lubrication so your eyes don’t get dry and irritated. May require long-term use. Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution of this medicine.
Aquacure 0.5% Eye Drop is a lubricating eye solution. It provides temporary relief from dry eyes, burning, irritation, and discomfort associated with dryness. It also serves as a lubricant for soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses.
Possible side effects include visual disturbances, eye discharge, and potentially medication residue on your eyelids. Other potential reactions might involve redness in the eye, eyelid swelling, itching of the eye, and burning or discomfort.
Store at or below 25°C away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Never touch the tip of the container to any surface, and replace the cap after every use. Remember not to use the eye drops after the expiry date or after 30 days of opening it.
For dry eyes, instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed. When using it for contact lens lubrication, apply 1 to 2 drops per eye with the lenses in place as needed or as directed by your doctor. Blink several times after administering the drops.
Aquacure 0.5% Eye Drop is a safe medication for external use only. Although it may cause temporary eye irritation (burning or discomfort), redness, eyelid swelling, or visual disturbances, if you experience these side effects persisting after using the medication, please contact your doctor immediately.
