Aptifresh 0.5 mg/10 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.

Common side effects include dry mouth, vomiting, stomach upset, delayed ejaculation, sedation, urinary retention, low sexual desire, muscle rigidity, restlessness, and tremors.
Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can make drowsiness worse.

Avoid exposure to sunlight or tanning beds. Aptifresh 0.5 mg/10 mg Tablet can make you sunburn more easily. Wear protective clothing and use sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) when you are outdoors. Initially, this medicine may cause a sudden drop in blood pressure when you change positions, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
