Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Cetirizine is an antihistamine medication that treats allergy symptoms by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Caffeine is a stimulant that decreases sleepiness caused by Cetirizine.

Apronac Cold Tablet is used to get relief from the symptoms of common cold. Don't take it too close to bedtime as it can make you restless. Do not take it with any other medicine containing (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first. Stick to simple meals and avoid fatty or spicy foods to avoid nausea after taking this medicine. Take plenty of fluids, especially warm water, soup, etc. to feel better in common cold.
