The dose of Aplevant 0.75mg Pre-filled Pen will depend on your condition and what other diabetes medicines you are taking. You can use it at any time of day with or without food but try to use it on the same day each week to get the most benefit. Your doctor or nurse will show you how and where to inject the medicine.
