Paracetamol is an antipyretic that reduces fever and pain. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, promoting healing. While effective, it may cause side effects such as dizziness and sleepiness. It is important to take this medication with food to avoid stomach upset and to avoid alcohol consumption due to the risk of excessive drowsiness and liver damage.
