Angitrate 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. Your doctor will decide the dose and how often you should take them. This may change from time to time depending on how well they are working. If you stop taking it, your risk of chest pain will increase, especially if you stop taking them suddenly. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Angitrate 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Angitrate 10mg Tablet is a nitrate. It dilates peripheral arteries and veins. Dilation of the veins promotes peripheral pooling of blood and decreases venous return to the heart thereby reducing workload of heart. As a result, the heart muscle does not need as much blood and oxygen supply.

Do not consume alcohol while taking Angitrate 10mg Tablet as it may cause increased dizziness. Do not consume medications (prescribed for erectile dysfunction) like sildenafil or tadalafil while on treatment with Angitrate 10mg Tablet as it may cause low blood pressure.
