Amrolwin Cream has been prescribed for the treatment of fungal skin infection. It also helps in the treatment of nail infection. Keep using the medicine even after the symptoms of the infection have cleared up to prevent it from coming back. Avoid getting in the eyes, nose, or mouth. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. When using for nail infections, avoid the use of nail varnishes and artificial nails. Do not share your nail-filer to prevent the spread of infection. Inform your doctor if the infection has not cleared up after 5 days of treatment. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
It takes a few days or weeks for Amrolwin Cream to help with the symptoms of a nail infection. It may take at least 6 months to completely cure a fingernail infection and 9-12 months to cure toenail infections. Curing involves more than just the treatment; it also includes natural replacement of the infected nail with a new one.
While you might start feeling better, do not stop using Amrolwin Cream without first consulting your doctor. Even if your symptoms improve, it's crucial to finish the entire course of treatment as prescribed by your healthcare provider. If your infection does not clear up after 5 days, contact your doctor immediately.
