Altonil Syrup is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of insomnia and jet lag (a sleep disorder due to frequent travel to different time zones). It reduces jet lag symptoms such as irritability, indigestion, daytime tiredness, and sleep disturbances.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Altonil Syrup is to be taken empty stomach.

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body that synchronizes the body's biological day-and-night rhythm. The biological rhythm can be disturbed by travelling across time zones.
