Give the medicine as soon as you remember unless your child's doctor has advised a specific regime for your child. Do not double the dose to catch up. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Aloflox 50mg Oral Suspension as these can affect the absorption of the medicine.
Aloflox 50mg Oral Suspension is an antibiotic that interferes with the genetic material of bacteria by implanting defects in its DNA. These defects hamper the multiplication of the bacteria and affect its survival as well. Thus, it kills the infection-causing bacteria from growing further and prevents the infection from spreading without making them resistant to further treatment.

If your child doesn't see improvement despite taking Aloflox 50mg Oral Suspension as directed, it might mean that the medicine isn't effective against the bacteria causing the infection. Consult your doctor who may prescribe a different antibiotic with specific action against the infection. It's important to tell your doctor about any other medications or substances your child is taking before starting Aloflox 50mg Oral Suspension. Consult your doctor for guidance on medication interactions.
Generally, antibiotics do not interfere with vaccines or cause adverse reactions in children who have recently received one. However, it's best to wait until your child recovers from their illness before giving them a vaccine. Once your child feels better, the vaccine can be administered.
Inform your doctor if your child has any underlying health conditions such as heart disease, genetic disorders affecting blood vessels, seizures, psychiatric disorders, diabetes, photoallergy (sunlight allergy), neuromuscular disorders, or rheumatoid arthritis. These conditions may be aggravated by Aloflox 50mg Oral Suspension and could cause complications.
