Alnacer FP 100mg/325mg Tablet should be taken with food to prevent upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. Alnacer FP 100mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Flupirtine and Paracetamol which relieves pain. Flupirtine is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.

You have been prescribed this combination medicine for relieving pain and inflammation. Take it with food to avoid getting an upset stomach. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Alnacer FP 100mg/325mg Tablet. Do not take it with any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first. Take it as advised by your doctor and do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended.
