Alkawik 1.37gm Syrup can be taken with or without food to prevent stomach upset. Take it regularly and do not stop taking the medicine even if you get better until your doctor tells you it is alright to stop. The most common side effect of this medicine is stomach pain. It may also cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, frequent urge to urinate, and tiredness.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Alkawik 1.37gm Syrup may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
