Alixy L Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, Guaifenesin. It is used in the treatment of cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic. Yes, Alixy L Syrup is generally considered safe for most patients.
