Aklief Cream is a medicine used in the treatment of acne. It works by decreasing the swelling and inflammation caused by acne. This way it reduces the severity of pimples and speeds up the healing process.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

Breastfeeding women should not apply Aklief Cream to the nipple and areola to avoid contact with your baby.
Aklief Cream works by specifically targeting the retinoic acid receptor gamma (RAR-γ) receptor present in the skin to reduce inflammation and target other important factors that cause acne. The exact process by which Aklief Cream mitigates acne is unknown.
Apply a thin layer of Aklief Cream over the affected areas one time each day in the evening or as recommended by your doctor. Minimize exposure to sunlight. Avoid the use of 'waxing' as a hair removal method on skin treated with Aklief Cream. Breastfeeding women should not apply Aklief Cream to the nipple and areola to avoid contact with your baby. Avoid using Aklief Cream on skin areas with cuts, abrasions, eczema, or on sunburned skin.
