Akilos-SP Tablet is a combination medicine that effectively alleviates pain and inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It combines three active ingredients: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation. Paracetamol acts as an antipyretic, reducing fever and pain by blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, promoting healing. While effective, it may cause side effects like dizziness and sleepiness, and should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. Consult your doctor for personalized advice.
