Airway-DX Tablet SR is a combination medicine used to treat and prevent asthma, relaxing air passage muscles and relieving allergy symptoms.

Airway-DX Tablet SR is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Airway-DX Tablet SR may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Airway-DX Tablet SR with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.
The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, headache, insomnia, irritability, increased heart rate, and flu-like symptoms.
Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Airway-DX Tablet SR. Please consult your doctor.
Airway-DX Tablet SR is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

You have been prescribed Airway-DX Tablet SR for prevention and treatment of asthma. Take it at the same time each day, preferably in the evening after food. It is relatively safe with very few side effects. Do not use it to relieve sudden breathing problems. Notify your doctor if you smoke or have an viral infection. Do not stop using it without consulting your doctor even if you feel better.
