It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe allergic reactions such as rashes, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, change in heartbeats, uncontrollable nausea and vomiting, reduced urination, swelling of feet or lower legs, pain in the lower back or side, muscle cramps, paralysis or numbness of the face, arm or leg, and unusual bleeding like bleeding gums, blood in urine or stools.
There is a possibility of experiencing brittle hair breakage. You may also experience patchy hair loss or thinning. These conditions tend to resolve once treatment is stopped. Be gentle when brushing and washing your hair.
This medicine can cause tingling, numbness, pain, or burning sensations in your arms or legs. Exercise caution when moving around, as the numbness may hinder walking, making it difficult to feel your hands or feet, or increase your risk of falls. Consult your doctor if you experience these symptoms, as they may need to adjust your dose or schedule.
Use moisturizer to relieve itching or rash. Avoid direct sunlight and wear protective clothing with (SPF more than 15) when going outdoors. Do not go swimming if you have a rash because chlorine can worsen it. Avoid hot water baths and wear loose, cotton fabrics.
Nausea and vomiting are common side effects of this medicine. Your doctor may prescribe medication to prevent these symptoms. Managing your symptoms is best by taking your medication regularly. Eating smaller, more frequent meals can also help reduce nausea. Avoid salty, spicy, fried, or fatty foods, and drink plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol during treatment with this medicine as it may worsen dizziness and drowsiness.
Since Adcist 50 Injection weakens your immune system, you are at higher risk for infection or bleeding. To prevent these risks: Limit contact with sick individuals, report any signs of infection (fever, chills, cough) to your doctor promptly; avoid sharp objects like razors or nail cutters; use soft-bristled toothbrushes to prevent bleeding from gums.
