It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe allergic reactions such as rashes, difficulty breathing, swelling of face, lips, tongue, changes in heart rhythm, uncontrollable nausea and vomiting, reduced urination, swelling of feet or lower legs, pain in the lower back or side, muscle cramps, paralysis or numbness of the face, arm, or leg, and unusual bleeding like bleeding gums, blood in urine, or stools.
Yes, while taking this medication, your hair may become brittle and break. You might experience patchy hair loss or thinning. These conditions tend to resolve once treatment is stopped. Exercise caution when brushing and washing hair.
This medicine may cause tingling, numbness, pain, or burning sensations in your arms or legs. Be cautious while moving as the numbness might make it harder to walk, feel your hands or feet, or increase the risk of falls. Contact your doctor if you experience these symptoms. You might need a dose adjustment or schedule change.
Use moisturizer to alleviate rashes, dryness and itchiness. Avoid direct sunlight, wear protective clothing, and use sunscreen with (SPF greater than 15) whenever going outdoors. Do not go swimming if you have a rash as the chlorine in the water might worsen it. Avoid hot water baths and wear loose and cotton fabrics. Your skin will likely improve after treatment stops.

Your symptoms will be better managed by taking your medication regularly to avoid sickness rather than using it only when you feel sick. In addition, eat smaller, more frequent meals to reduce the sensation of nausea. Avoid salty, spicy, fried, or fatty foods and drink plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol when on treatment with this medication as it might worsen dizziness and drowsiness.
Since Adcist 10mg Injection lowers the number of white blood cells and platelets in your blood, it can increase the risk of infections. To minimize this risk: avoid contact with people who are sick; if you think you may be getting an infection, consult your doctor immediately or have a fever, chills, cough; use soft-bristled toothbrushes to prevent bleeding from gums when using sharp objects like razors or nail cutters.
