Acosil-D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Drotaverine and Aceclofenac. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling).
