Short Description

Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination of medicines used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It regulates ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS.

Introduction

Acnechio-M Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It is to be taken with food, preferably at the same time each day. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose. It may cause side effects like taste changes, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. However, these are temporary and usually subside on their own. Please consult your doctor in case these do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acnechio-M Tablet is to be taken with food.

Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination of six medicines: Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, Metformin, Melatonin, L-Methyl Folate Calcium, and Methylcobalamin. These medicines work by enhancing body's response to insulin and decreasing high levels of harmful substances (free radicals, homocysteine) in the body. This effect improves hormone balance and leads to more regular ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS.

Acnechio-M Tablet is used for the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome and its associated symptoms. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications before taking Acnechio-M Tablet. You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you. Follow a healthy diet, lose weight if you are overweight, exercise regularly, and avoid smoking and alcohol in order to manage the symptoms of PCOS.
