Introduction
Acistat Syrup contains Alginic acid, a natural carbohydrate obtained from brown algae, which forms a foam-like coating on the esophagus and gastric contents. This coating protects the food pipe from gastric acids, preventing inflammation or ulceration of the esophagus. It is used to treat heartburn, including heartburn during pregnancy, gastric reflux, reflux esophagitis, and acid indigestion.
Directions for Use
Take Acistat Syrup after meals and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Use under medical supervision.
