Introduction

Acerest Cold Tablet is a combination of five medicines that helps treat common cold symptoms. It is used to relieve symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and congestion. It may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly as long as it is required to get maximum benefits. Keep taking the medicine even if your symptoms disappear until you complete the dose. Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly unless the doctor tells you it is alright to stop.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acerest Cold Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Acerest Cold Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Caffeine. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps treat pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that helps treat pain and fever. Cetirizine is an antihistamine medication that treats allergy symptoms. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Caffeine is a stimulant that decreases sleepiness caused by Cetirizine.

Acerest Cold Tablet is used to get relief from the symptoms of common cold. It can make you restless, so don't take it too close to bedtime. Do not take it with any other medicine containing (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first. Stick to simple meals and avoid fatty or spicy foods to avoid nausea after taking this medicine. Take plenty of fluids, especially warm water, soup, etc. to feel better in common cold.
