Acekay Sera Tablet is a combination medicine that effectively alleviates pain and inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It combines three active ingredients: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an antipyretic that helps reduce fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, promoting healing. While effective, it may cause side effects like dizziness and sleepiness, and it is important to avoid alcohol and other medications containing acetaminophen without consulting a doctor.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Acekay Sera Tablet is to be taken with food.
