This medicine should be taken at the same time each day to get the most benefit. It is important to continue taking it regularly even if you feel well or even if your blood pressure is controlled. Most people with high blood pressure do not feel ill but if you stop taking this medicine your condition could get worse. This is a widely used medicine and is considered safe for long-term use.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Abenalp 2.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
