3M Tegaderm HP 8526IN is a transparent dressing that provides a waterproof, sterile barrier to external contaminants, including liquids, bacteria, and viruses. It is designed to be gentle to the skin, yet holds catheters and other devices in place. The dressing is hypoallergenic and not made with natural rubber latex, making it suitable for patients with sensitive skin.

Use 3M Tegaderm HP 8526IN to cover and protect I.V. catheter sites, clean, closed surgical incisions, skin graft donor sites, skin tears and minor excisions, superficial partial thickness burns, stage I or II pressure ulcers, autolytic debridement, protective eyelid coverings, and post tattoo application and removal.

The transparent film provides a viral barrier from viruses 27 nm in diameter or larger while the dressing remains intact without leakage.
