The 3M 1570-1 Reusable Cold/Hot Pack is a versatile device for managing pain and promoting relief. It is designed with dual functionality, serving as a flexible ice pack for pain and swelling, as well as a soothing heat pack for muscle aches and stiffness. Crafted with Dry Natural Rubber, it is ideal for addressing discomfort caused by bumps, bruises, sprains, and muscle fatigue.

Use as directed on the label. Cold therapy is recommended for use for the first 48 hours following the injury. Hot therapy should not be used until 48 hours after the injury.
