How it works
3D Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone) and two pain relieving medicines (Diclofenac and Paracetamol). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving movement of muscles. The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation.

Frequently asked questions
What is 3D Tablet?
3D Tablet is a combination of diclofenac, paracetamol, and chlorzoxazone. This medication helps relieve muscle pain. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant that works by affecting the central nervous system. Diclofenac and paracetamol work by reducing the chemical substance (prostaglandins) in the body that causes pain and inflammation.
Is 3D Tablet safe to use?
3D Tablet is generally safe for most patients. However, some individuals may experience common side effects like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, dry mouth, weakness, sleepiness, and other uncommon or rare adverse events. Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any persistent problems due to the medication.
Can I stop taking 3D Tablet when my pain is relieved?
You should continue taking 3D Tablet as prescribed by your doctor unless otherwise advised. However, it can be discontinued if you are using it for short-term pain relief.
Can the use of 3D Tablet cause nausea and vomiting?
Yes, 3D Tablet may cause nausea and vomiting in some patients. In such cases, take it with food or milk or an antacid. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. If you experience vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. If vomiting persists or you notice signs of dehydration (dark-colored and strong-smelling urine and low urination frequency), consult your doctor. Do not take any other medicine without speaking to your doctor.
Can the use of 3D Tablet cause dizziness?
Yes, 3D Tablet may cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is best to rest for a while and resume only when you feel better.
Can the use of 3D Tablet damage the kidneys?
Long-term use of 3D Tablet can potentially lead to kidney damage. Normal kidneys produce prostaglandins that protect them from damage. Using painkillers lowers levels of prostaglandins in the body, increasing the risk of kidney damage over time. Patients with underlying kidney disease should not use painkillers.
Can I take a higher dose of this medicine than recommended?
No, taking a higher than recommended dose of 3D Tablet can increase the risk of side effects. If you are experiencing more severe pain or if your pain is not relieved by the recommended doses, consult your doctor for re-evaluation.
What are the recommended storage conditions for 3D Tablet?
Keep 3D tablet in the container it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions on the pack or label. Dispose of unused medicine properly and ensure that pets, children, and other people do not access this medication.
